Corbet (C.R.) Sigman was a full time maker who sold his first knife in 1970. He specialized in both collectable and working straight knives and folders in various styles such as hunters, daggers, fighters, and other special styles uniquely his own. He generally worked in D2, 154CM, and ATS-34 steels, and favored natural handle materials such as fossil ivories, various woods, mother of pearl, and many others. Mr Sigman very recently passed away, and will be greatly missed in the knife making community.
