This is one of only two knives ever made by Ralph in this size, and with rare Narwhal Ivory that was taken off of a antique lamp. Measuring a whopping 15 7/8" open, 8 1/2" closed, and with a 7 1/4" blade length, this linerlock latch release automatic is not exactly for pocket carry. It is a real work of art however, and worthy of a spot in any fine collection. The damascus blade and damascus bolsters contrast beautifully with the Ivory, which has streaks of blue/green throughout. The bolsters are carved, and the latch release is carved and inlaid with a solid gold casting of a ladies face. The steel liners and backspacer are carved and hot blued, and the backspacer contains a solid gold casting of a face a full 2 1/8" in length. All of the screws are fileworked. This knife is in perfect condition and functions beautifully, and is truly a collector piece.
