While not quite the standard "Bartenders" knife, this integral folder from Fritz does have a hand filed corkscrew just in case. The knife measures 8 3/8" open, 4 3/4" closed, and has a 3 5/8" blade length. The blade, corkscrew, and handle steel is Mr Schneiders own stainless steel damascus. This knife features a top lock mechanism. To close the blade, one simply pulls back on the serrated ramp at the top. The integral handle material is Ebony, which seems to be Fritz's favorite inlay for this style knife. This is a great knife with a beautiful fit and finish from the world famous developer of stainless steel damascus.
