The "Talon" by Bertie is a real work of art. Long and slender, it is 8 5/8" in OAL with a 5" blade. The carved and contoured blade is Bertie's own hot blued Dragonskin pattern damascus, and it is awesome. The bolsters are Gibeon Meterorite, and the handle slabs are caramel Mammoth ivory. The bolsters contain Bertie's unique logo, a Stanhope lens. With one side convex and the reverse side flat, one holds the convex side close to the eye to view the logo, which is itself a work of art. An extemely precision piece of work, and very pleasing to the eye. Comes with certificate of authenticity.
