Jerry Rados works full time at forging some of the best steel in the business and making a few incredible knives each year as well. His Turkish twist and ladder pattern steel is used by nearly every maker out there at one time or another. Jerry sold his first knife in 1981, and specializes in deluxe period pieces. He also makes hunters, fighters, lockback folders in automatic and manual versions, and daggers. The majority of his time is spent making his world famous pattern welded steel, so he doesn’t turn out many more than a handful of very collectable knives in a year’s time.
