Schuyler Lovestrand has been making and selling absolute top quality knives part time since 1982. He is known for his fancy working straight knives in his designs, or designed to customer specifications. Schuyler's patterns include hunters, bowies, fighters, and fishing knives. He uses stainless steel and various natural handle materials like Mammoth and Walrus ivory and bone, various woods, and Stag. Most of his knives come with custom tooled leather sheaths. Schuyler is a long standing member of the Knifemakers Guild, and there is a very long waiting list to get one of his knives.
