Wow! This is what you get when you match a legendary knifemaker with a top notch engraver. This tail lock folder from Ron has been given a dramatic gold inlay theme by Ron Skaggs. The knife measures 6 1/4" open, 3 5/8" closed, and has a 2 5/8" blade. The interframe inlays are a nice brown Mammoth ivory to fit the theme of the engraving nicely. The body of this knife is solid silver, and the bail is gold, as are the pins in the inlay. A great piece from a maker whose knives are very hard to come by.
