This slip joint Coffin Jack from Ryuichi is another example of why this maker is destined for greatness. It measures 6 1/2" with the primary blade open, 3 5/8" closed and the secondary blade length is 2 1/8". The blades and bolsters feature an extremely finely rubbed satin finish. The Rogers Bone handle slabs are held with stainless steel pins, and the show side features an escutcheon. The blades have the half stop position, and are incredibly crisp and positive. Fit and finish is flawless, and the knife is absolutely rock solid. This maker is going places, get one of his pieces while they are still affordable!
