This knife from Shaun and Sharla is one more example of their incredible imagination and skill. It is a double action interframe linerlock automatic that measures 9 1/2" open, 5 1/4" closed, and has a blade length of 4 1/4". The blade is Shauns own Turkish twist damascus that is forged to shape. The stainless steel side plates are beautifully carved, engraved, gold inlayed, contain premium black lip mother of pearl interframes, and are polished and French grayed in areas. The body of the knife is stepped down to give this folder the look and feel of a fixed blade, and it is contoured to fit beautifully in the hand. The liners are fully fileworked and heat colored, and the backspacer is carved and gold inlayed. The engraved faces on each side are wonderfully done, and fit extremely well with the feel of the knife. A knife like this can be fairly easily described in one word, WOW!
