Any knife purchased from Great Lakes Custom Knives is backed by a three day inspection guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within three days for full credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. The knife must be in the same condition as received, with any packaging and paperwork originally supplied.

Knives generally will be fully guaranteed by the maker, with the exception of any natural materials, such as wood or ivory. While most makers do their very best to use only the finest materials, many of the natural ones are thousands of years old, and, even when stabilized, changes in temperature and humidity can sometimes affect them.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the purchase, possession, and use of any knife purchased from Great Lakes Custom Knives. Buyers must be at least twenty-one years of age. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are of legal age, and that any product purchased will be used in a safe and lawful manner.
